The company AUTOMARKET TRUCKS s.r.o. with the registered office at Lidická 1005 / 23b, 60200 Brno, Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator) processes personal data only after consent and only for the purpose of contacting and sending information in the area of ??purchase, sale, brokerage and services, services, sending mail correspondence. Personal data are processed for a period of 3 years from the grant of consent or for the period prescribed by other legal regulations.
Provision of personal data is voluntary. The consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email to info@automarket.cz or a registered letter to AUTOMARKET TRUCKS s.r.o., establishment 68153 Holubice 298
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator, but personal data can be processed by the Administrators for Administrators as well:

b. accounting company Daňová kancelář s.r.o., IČ: 63469456
c. Other providers of processing software, services and applications, which are not currently used by the company.
The administrator does not collect cookies on their websites. Cookies are used only for Google Analytics site traffic analytics.
According to the Regulation, everyone has the right:
- to accept consent at any time,
- require the controller to know what his personal data is processing, request a copy of the data,
- require the controller to access and update or repair these data, or to require processing restrictions,
- require the administrator to erase this personal data,
- the portability of data,
- file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or refer a case to court.
